We want you to be satisfied with your Lizard Skins purchases. Our products are designed to be comfortable and durable. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please email warranty@lizardskins.com

Lizard Skins products are covered under our limited warranty policy that protects goods from manufacturer’s defects. Lizard Skins Warranty claims only apply to the original owner with valid proof of purchase from an Authorized Lizard Skins dealer. Products purchased through auction sites do not qualify for Lizard Skins Warranty, including but not limited to eBay and Yahoo! Auctions.

DSP BAR TAPE

Lizard Skins warrants all DSP Bar Tape against defects in de-lamination, adhesive defect, splitting for 30 days from the date of purchase. The DSP Bar Tape warranty will not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, abuse or normal breakdown of colors.

CYCLING GLOVES

Lizard Skins warrants all glove models against defects in seam failure, stitching failure or strap failure for 90 days from the date of purchase. Lizard Skins will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for you to send your damaged gloves to us. Please use methods of shipping that provide a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for packages that have not been received by our shipping department. Upon arrival, we will send you a replacement pair of gloves. The glove warranty will not cover damage caused from normal wear and tear, accidental damage or abuse.

PROTECTION & BAGS

Lizard Skins warrants all protection and bag models against manufacturer’s defects in material tearing issues, strap failure, zipper malfunction or wheel issues for 90 days from the date of purchase. You are responsible for shipping your bag to Lizard Skins. Please use methods of shipping that provide a tracking number. Lizard Skins cannot be responsible for shipments that have not been received by our shipping department. We will pay for the shipping to return your bag via FedEx or UPS. Warranty will not cover damage caused from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, abuse or breakdown of colors or materials. In addition, any damage caused to product incurred during airline handling is not covered by this warranty and claims in such cases are to be made directly with the airline.

DSP BAT GRIPS

Lizard Skins warrants all DSP Bat Grips against defects in directional unraveling, adhesive defect, splitting for 30 days from the date of purchase. The DSP Bat Grip warranty will not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, abuse or normal breakdown of colors.

BATTING GLOVES

Lizard Skins warrants all batting glove models against defects in seam failure, stitching failure or strap failure for 90 days from the date of purchase. Lizard Skins will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for you to send your damaged batting gloves to us. Please use methods of shipping that provide a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for packages that have not been received by our shipping department. Upon arrival, we will send you a replacement pair of gloves. The batting glove warranty will not cover damage caused from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, abuse or normal breakdown of colors.

ARM SLEEVES

Lizard Skins warrants all Arm Sleeves against manufacturer’s defects in stitching or seam failures for 90 days from the date of purchase. Lizard Skins will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for you to send your damaged arm sleeve(s) to us. Please use methods of shipping that provide a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for packages that have not been received by our shipping department. Upon arrival, we will send you a replacement arm sleeve(s). The Arm Sleeves warranty will not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, abuse or normal breakdown of colors.
